IN WHAT CURRENCY WILL MY PAYMENT BE CHARGED?
All our transactions are denominated in U.S. dollars. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate for the currency you selected, depending on the website you are visiting.

DO YOU OFFER THE OPTION TO PAY IN 3 OR 4 INSTALLMENTS?
We offer the option to pay in 3 installments.
You can select this payment option during the checkout process.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you notice an error in your order after receiving the order confirmation, please contact us through our Support Center. We’ll be happy to make changes to your order before it’s shipped. Once your package has been shipped, no further changes can be made.

What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation?
If you haven't received an order confirmation, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You are also welcome to contact us for more information about your order.
