GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that allows you to track the status of your order.

Can I change my order?
We can only make changes to orders that haven't been processed for shipping yet. Once your order has the status "Preparing for Shipping," "Shipping," or "Delivered," we can no longer make any changes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two main payment methods:

guttn.com primarily uses PayPal for secure payment processing. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

● Secure credit card payment
We also accept credit card payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

In what currency will I be charged?
All our transactions are billed in U.S. dollars. If your credit or debit card is denominated in a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate for the currency you selected, depending on the website you are visiting.

Do you offer payment in 3 or 4 installments?
We accept payment in 3 installments.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania. Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Once we receive your order, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to process it.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.

How can I track my package?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that allows you to track the status of your order.

What happens if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery attempt will be made the next day, or our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery time. This depends on the country and the shipping method you selected.

You may also need to pick up your package at your local post office if it cannot be delivered.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item must have been purchased from our online store.

- The item must not have been used.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges. The same terms and conditions apply as for returns.

If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate this when preparing your return.

Are returns free?

To return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain the return address. Once you have received the address, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, returns are free of charge. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of guttn.com, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return? Returns are confirmed within 14 days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
Once your return has been accepted, we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your return.
